HOW IT WORKS
At Kuro India, selling your designer pieces is seamless and hassle-free. Our process begins with a quick evaluation of your item based on the details you provide. From assessing condition to verifying authenticity, we ensure that every listing is accurately represented and fairly priced.

We operate across Delhi and Hyderabad, offering both Self-Listing and Concierge Services to suit your convenience.

PRICING
Our pricing is determined through a careful evaluation of the item’s condition, brand, purchase year, and overall resale potential. The goal is to offer a competitive price that benefits both the seller and buyer. Please note that listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

AUTHENTICITY
At Kuro India, we take authenticity very seriously.

For International Luxury Brands, each item undergoes a rigorous two-step verification process. Our in-house team collaborates with globally recognized authentication partners such as Authenticate First and Real Authentication to ensure every piece is genuine. For Indian Designer Wear, items are meticulously inspected by our in-house experts.

Please note: An authentication fee of INR 5,000 will be applicable for Chanel and Hermès items, and INR 3,500 for all other brands. This fee, which includes authentication, marketing, and listing-related expenses, will be levied only in cases where an article is determined to be counterfeit.

For high-value categories such as watches, Hermès, and Chanel, penalty charges may vary, and our team will inform you of the applicable amount.

COMMISSION
We offer a transparent commission model:

Self-Listing: 25% commission
Concierge Service: 25% commission
(Vendors are responsible for courier charges - both for sending items to our studio and collecting them)

Our aim is to ensure sellers receive the maximum possible value for their pieces.

SALES PROCESS
Once your item receives an offer:
We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp
You’ll have 7 days to dispatch the item to us. Shipping charges are to be borne by the seller.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

PAYMENT
After a successful sale:
We notify you immediately
Payment is processed via Bank Transfer within 10 working days from dispatch to the buyer
