Yes, we have physical stores in Delhi and Hyderabad. You are welcome to visit us at either location to explore our collection in person.
Absolutely. Each item undergoes a strict two-step authentication process. Our in-house team works with trusted global authentication partners such as Authenticate First and Real Authentication. For Indian designer wear, our experts thoroughly inspect each piece before it is listed.

We recommend pricing your preloved items at 30-50% below the retail price, depending on factors such as the condition, category, style, and demand. Additionally, our team is happy to assist you in deciding on a fair price based on these considerations.
We accept a wide range of high-end luxury and designer brands, including Hermès, Gucci, Goyard, Fendi, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, Seema Gujral, and many more.If you have designer pieces you'd like to sell, please feel free to fill out our Sell With Us form. Our team will review your submission and get back to you if your items are eligible for listing.
We accept a curated selection of apparels, bags, and accessories from luxury and designer brands. If you're unsure whether your item fits our criteria, feel free to fill out our Sell With Us form, and our team will guide you accordingly.
We charge a standard commission of 25% for Self Listings, where you fill out the Sell With Us form and we proceed based on your submission.For our Concierge Service, we charge 30%, where you send the outfit to us and we handle everything—from photography to listing. The commission is calculated on the final selling price of the item.
For apparel, 30% of the seller's share is paid once you ship the item and share the tracking details along with a packaging video.The remaining 70% is released after we receive the item, complete authentication, and verify its condition.For bags and accessories, the full payment is processed within 10 working days after the item is shipped to the buyer.All the payment will be made via bank transfer
Vendors are responsible for the shipping charges when an item is sold. This includes the cost of shipping the product to our studio for authentication and processing.
At KURO, we maintain a strict policy of authenticity and transparency. As a trusted preloved luxury platform, we do not accept or list first-copy or replica items under any circumstances. We exclusively deal in 100% genuine and verified designer pieces, as our customers rely on us for authenticity and quality.
At KURO, we take authenticity very seriously. If an item is found to be counterfeit, a penalty of INR 2,500 will be charged. For high-value categories such as watches, Hermès, and Chanel, penalty charges may vary, and our team will inform you of the applicable amount.
Yes, you can resell articles purchased from KURO. Please fill out the Sell With Us form, and our team will review the details and proceed accordingly.Kindly ensure that the pricing reflects the item's condition, usage, and the original purchase price from KURO.
RENTALS
Placing a rental order is simple and seamless:Select your outfit – Browse our curated collection and choose your desired rental piece.Pick your rental date – Use the calendar to select your preferred delivery date.Choose rental duration – Select between a 3-day or 7-day rental period.Add delivery details & make payment – Enter your delivery address and complete the payment process.Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our team will then personally get in touch to confirm your measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for your rental outfit.
At KURO, we offer rental durations of 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days to suit your needs.Our 3-day rental is thoughtfully designed to ensure you receive the outfit a day before your occasion and return it the day after—providing just the right window for your event.If you require more time for travel or extended use, you can choose from our 5-day or 7-day rental options for added convenience.
Currently, we do not offer a 1-day rental option. Our rental durations are 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days to ensure you have ample time to enjoy the outfit for your occasion. Our 3-day rental is thoughtfully designed to ensure you receive the outfit a day before your occasion and return it the day after—providing just the right window for your event.
You can book or block your rental outfit up to 3 months in advance. We highly recommend early bookings, especially for popular styles or during peak wedding and festive seasons, to ensure availability.For online orders, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your outfit. If you're unsure about your final date, feel free to reach out—our team will be happy to assist you with flexible date and payment options wherever possible.
For online bookings, we require the full payment at the time of placing the order.If you're contacting us directly to block a date and book the outfit, we request a 50% advance to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 25 days before the booking date.
Yes, rental extensions can be requested and are subject to availability. We recommend reaching out to our team as early as possible if you’d like to extend your rental, so we can check if the piece is available for the additional days.Additional charges will apply based on the extended duration.
We completely understand how important your event is, and we are committed to making your rental experience as seamless as possible.Our team ensures that all outfits are dispatched well in advance to reach you on the selected dates. In the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to resolve the issue promptly—whether it’s through expedited shipping, providing a replacement, or offering a full refund where applicable.
Yes, you can! KURO offers studio trials at our locations in Hyderabad and Delhi, where you can view and try select rental pieces in person. Please note that our inventory is split between the two studios, so we recommend checking availability in advance. Not all styles may be available at both locations. Trial appointments are chargeable(only when the outfit is not available at selected studio) and must be booked in advance. The trial fee is non-refundable. To schedule a trial or check availability of a specific outfit, feel free to contact our team—we’ll be happy to assist you.
Yes, we do offer the service of two different addresses for rental outfit pickup and drop-off. You can provide both the pickup address and drop-off address at the time of placing your order.Please note that if either of the addresses is in a remote location, extra charges may apply.If you have any specific requirements or need further assistance, feel free to contact our team, and we’ll be happy to help.
To return your outfit, simply keep it packed in the same packaging provided by Kuro. Our courier team will arrange for the pickup on the end date of your rental.Please ensure that the bag is included with the outfit. If the bag is missing, charges will be deducted from your refundable deposit. For smooth coordination, kindly ensure that the contact number provided at the time of order is available for the courier to reach you.Please have the outfit ready for pickup at the designated time to avoid any delays.
Each listing includes detailed garment measurements. We follow standard Indian and international sizing guides. If you need assistance, our team is happy to guide you., We ask you for your exact measurements prior and alter it to that so there is no scope error
We avoid alterations to preserve the garment’s original quality. We recommend using fashion tape, heels, or temporary pinning to manage the fit. You can also reach out for styling suggestions.
Yes, a security deposit is required for all rental items. This deposit ensures that the outfit is returned in the same condition. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon the safe return of the item.Please note that the deposit will be deducted in the event of damage to the outfit, delay in return, or if the packaging is missing upon return.
We will process your security deposit refund within 15 working days of receiving the returned item. The deposit will be fully refunded if the item is returned without any damages, delays, or missing packaging.If any issues arise with the returned item, the deposit may be deducted and the balance will be refunded accordingly.
At KURO, we prioritize the highest hygiene standards for all our rental items. Each outfit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental to ensure it’s in pristine condition for the next customer. We follow strict cleaning protocols to maintain the quality and hygiene of all garments, so you can feel confident wearing them.Additionally, we provide underarm sweat pads with each rental to help avoid any sweat marks and ensure a fresh experience.
We carefully review the detailed measurements provided by you to ensure a perfect fit. At the time of placing your order, our team will reach out to take your measurements. We will then have the outfit altered to your given size for the best possible fit.
We do offer the option to extend the rental period by an extra day, subject to availability of the outfit. Yes, we do provide trials for pre-loved outfits, subject to availability at our studio. If the item is not available at the studio, we can make special arrangements to source it for you—additional charges may apply.For sourced trials, we require a 50% payment of the outfit’s value in advance. If you decide to proceed with the purchase after the trial, you can simply pay the remaining balance and we will place your order.If you choose not to proceed, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred in sourcing the article for trial.
ORDERS & DELIVERIES FOR PRELOVED ARTICLES
Standard delivery time is between 15 working days depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
We currently do not offer scheduled deliveries, but our courier partners will notify you prior to delivery.
Our delivery partner will attempt the delivery again or leave a message for rescheduling. You can also contact our support team for assistance.
SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR PRELOVED ARTICLES
Shipping cost is additional for all orders. The standard shipping charges will be applied by Kuro at the time of purchase, based on the delivery location.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Additional charges will apply, and these will be communicated by the team at the time of placing the order, based on the delivery location.
