Orders & Deliveries

Step 1: Select the desired outfit for rental from our curated collection.

Step 2: Pick a date on the calendar..

Step 3 : Choose between a 3 day rental or a 7 day rental 

Step 3: Add your delivery address and make the payment.

You will receive an email confirmation after payment. Our team will reach out to you personally to confirm your measurements to make sure custom fit of the rental piece.


One day rentals are cutting it too close, and we want you to try the outfit before wearing it to your event. You can rent for a period of 3 days or 7 days. We do not provide the option of 1 day rentals.


You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance or schedule your order to arrive 7 days before your event.


Our team will be in touch with you and collect a deposit amount immediately and FULL payment will be collected 25 days before your delivery date


We don't have a physical store - we're only online.


Yes, we take care of the drop and return of your outfit, pan-India.


If you need to keep your rental for longer, please email hello@kuro.co.in. and we will organise a rental extension for you at a nominal price.

We are a rental platform but we understand you may love an item so much you want to keep it. Please email hello@kuro.co.in. if you do want to buy something and we will let you know if it's available for sale.

We will order a full refund in such a case.


All you need to do is place the outfit back in our cloth zipper bags and our courier executive will pick it up for a return on the last day of your selected rental date.


You can pay using a credit card, debit card or net banking. Please note that we will charge you at the time of placing the order, not on delivery.


Security Deposit

We charge a security deposit in case of any accidental damage on the outfit. Once the outfit is returned after worn, the deposit is returned to you after quality check


Please look after your outfit as if it’s your own, but if you do damage your rental you may be liable to pay a fee. Most damages are easily repaired, e.g. a ripped seam, but sometimes outfits get damaged beyond repair. In these cases we reserve the right to review each case individually and we will investigate any damages before informing you of the next steps and of any charges.


FIT & HYGIENE

We want our outfits to fit you like a glove. After you book your outfit, we will reach out to you personally to confirm your measurements to make sure of the custom fit of the rental piece. 


All outfits are professionally dry-cleaned and sanitized, before and after a rental booking. They are steamed (240° C) and go through a quality check before being dispatched to the client.


REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer cash or credit refunds. All sales are final and non refundable.


We do not offer refunds for cancellations. When you book an outfit, we cannot take orders for that outfit around your dates which costs the company. Hence, we don’t offer cash or credit refunds for order cancellations.


PEER TO PEER

Step 1: Fill in product information, including the brand name, size and fit, description and location.

Step 2: Upload a selection of photos that showcase your outfit in the best light. Photo tip: Make sure your outfit is well ironed.

Step 3: Wait for us to review and we will reach out to you once we team assess the outfit


We require all items to be in excellent condition in order to be rented by other clients. All listings must have photos of a high quality, a product description that is clear and accurate and a suggested selling price that is in line with the outfit’s rentable value.


The rental price will be between 12-17% of the original retail price of your outfit, which will be split between Kuro and the lender equally, per rental cycle.

As the lender, you are able to override the suggested pricing. You may wish to drop the price to get more rentals or to push it higher if you feel your piece is in high demand!


We would recommend that you store the outfits you want to rent out with us as it is easier for both of us when we receive a rental booking for the outfit. 


In such a case, please do let us know your occasion dates in advance so that we can block the same dates on the website and avoid a double booking by clients. We will let you know if the outfit is already booked for the same dates as you'd wish to wear it and mutually find a workable solution.
