For Buyers:
All items listed on Kuro India undergo a thorough quality and authenticity check before being shipped.
Orders are dispatched within 15-20 working days from the date of payment confirmation
The shipped products will be delivered in 15 working days.
If you need expedited delivery, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp for your reference.
All shipments are sent from our Delhi or Hyderabad studios using reliable courier partners such as Dtdc, Blue Dart, or Delhivery, depending on the location and product value.
For Sellers:
When an offer is made on your listed article, our team will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp.
You will have 7 days to dispatch the product to our studio.
Please ensure you ship via a reliable, trackable courier service.
Shipping charges will be borne by the seller.
Our team will confirm receipt of the product and proceed with the next steps in the selling process.
Refunds:
Kuro India offers a 100% money-back guarantee in cases where the item is found to be unauthentic after the final verification. (Applicable for Preloved Bags & Accessories)

Refunds will be processed only after the item is returned via a trackable courier service to our designated studio.
No refunds will be accepted without the original Kuro India tag and safety seal intact.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days. Once issued, the refund will be credited within 3 working days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
Shipping Policy – Rental Orders
Delivery Timeline
All rental orders will be delivered anytime before 5:00 PM on the selected rental start date to the address mentioned in your order.
Please choose a start date at least one day prior to your event to ensure timely delivery.
Express Shipping
Express or urgent delivery options are available on request.

Pickup & Returns
Return pickup will be arranged from the same address mentioned in your order on the rental end date.
Please ensure the item is repacked securely in the original packaging by the agreed pickup time.
Handling & Packaging
All items are packed securely to avoid any damage in transit. Please retain the original packaging for return pickup.
We recommend unboxing the product immediately upon receipt to allow for any minor adjustments if needed.
