Terms and Conditions
The outfit will be delivered anytime during the day (no specific delivery time guaranteed) on your selected rental start date.
The outfit will be altered as per the exact measurements provided by you. Photos or proof of final alterations will be shared before dispatch.
No refund will be issued for fitting concerns, as the outfit is customized to your provided measurements.
We do not alter outfit lengths under any circumstances.
If the outfit tracking detail is not returned on or before your rental end date, a late fee of $20 per day will apply and will be deducted from your security deposit.
Our team will coordinate with you to help you return the outfit when you place an order
All outfits are professionally dry-cleaned, ironed, and securely packed before dispatch. However, you may need to lightly steam the outfit upon receipt, as minor creases may occur during transit.
The refundable deposit will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned outfit.
Refundable deposits will be transferred in 10 working days
Condition & Deposit Deductions
To maintain the quality of our collection, the following deductions may apply from your refundable deposit based on the returned condition:
Minor wear & tear (e.g., loose threads, light makeup transfer): No deduction
Visible stains (makeup, food, mild dirt): Up to 20% deduction
Severe stains (wine, oil, ink, etc.) or burns: Up to 50% deduction
Tears, missing embellishments, or fabric damage: Up to 75% deduction
Lost, unreturned, or irreparably damaged item: Full deposit forfeited + cost of outfit may be charged
Once you have shipped the outfit back, please email the tracking details to info@kuro.co.in.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
No refund will be provided for fitting issues, as the outfit is customized to your given measurements and proof of alterations is shared before dispatch.
Cancellations due to change of mind or disliking the outfit at delivery are not eligible for a refund.
For smooth refund processing, please share your bank account details when requested.

Delivery Timeline
All rental orders are delivered anytime during the day on your selected rental start date.
We recommend choosing a start date at least one day before your event to ensure timely delivery.
Express Shipping
Express or urgent delivery is available on request.
For assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for priority support and coordination.
Pickup & Returns
The outfit must be shipped back on your rental end date to the address provided.
Please share the tracking details on the same day of dispatch.
Handling & Packaging
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend unboxing immediately upon receipt to allow for minor steaming or adjustments if needed.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics, or operational issues may occur.
In such cases, we will keep you informed and work promptly to resolve the issue.
